When employees are satisfied, so are the customers! For this simple reason Tony’s always stays consistently busy…… We have a “following” of loyal customers that seek a good repair…. No need to worry if the shop stays busy…. It always does!
Here’s How
- We pay a higher hourly rate than the traditionally paid “piece work.” Our goal is to “to “go slow to go fast” and repair the car properly. A technician who is accustomed to earning $60 - 100+ K per year will earn that pay working 8 hours a day at a specific hourly rate to achieve that amount. Pay is accomplished without working weekends, and with minimal overtime. Quality of Life is important and being able to retire from this industry is important.
- If a tech is waiting for a teardown – no stress, he’s getting paid. If a technician is taking a break – he is getting paid. If he is taking a sick day or vacation day, he is getting paid this higher hourly rate as compared to a lower flat rate shop rate.
- Training... We are committed to OEM certification for our technicians. Cars and their technology are continually changing and a certified body shop has to have continual training to keep up with changes including Electric Vehicle training and preparedness.
- We strive to install original parts. This shop installs 95% original parts on its customers’ cars. If any welding is done, we perform test welds before starting to weld. We read and follow manufacturer repair procedures on how the manufacturer wants us to do the repair.
- Retirement: We teach classes about money management and educate about retirement. If you participate in our 401k, Tony’s Body Shop matches 4% if you do 5% of your income. In effect, you almost double your money by just participating. Our goal is to prepare our most important asset “our people “for retirement years.
- Additional Benefits: Vacation pay and Health insurance
- A culture where employees reap the benefits of helping each other. Technicians will help the person on his way to becoming a body technician – and this will not affect his pay. If you take a day off or vacation, it’s just like being at work – and …. your work can be completed by someone else and it does not affect your pay.

Tony’s body shop is a fabulous auto repair facility. They repaired my vehicle with great care and the customer service was above and beyond. Ismael and Jason were always available to answer questions and provide updates on my vehicle while it was being repaired. Amazing experience. Not a single complaint. From the moment I arrived for a quote to when I picked up my vehicle from repairs, they were professional, cordial, knowledgeable, etc. etc. etc. Everything I expected from their glowing reviews. I was notified when anything occurred, good or bad (the only bad was from my insurance company!). They helped me maneuver through all of the insurances requests perfectly. These people know what they are doing. I will absolutely return should I ever need their services and I have already told my friends and family about them.

I am extremely happy with the finished results of the bodywork I received at Tony’s. They have a phenomenal quality of workmanship. The paint matched perfectly and is of beautiful quality. Paul did an excellent job of keeping me informed weekly and at every step of the way. It did take two months to get my car back (three weeks to get the estimate finalized, and another three to order the parts) but I believe much of that can be attributed to my car being a Tesla which can take longer

Took my car into Tony’s for front bumber damage on my Tesla. I was expecting to pay around $1500 for a fix. Paul took a minute to look at it and feel around on the bumper and said he thought it was just paint transfer. He took the car back to his detail guy who buffed it out…and didn’t charge me! Amazing! Thank you Tony’s and Paul.

I couldn’t be happier with Tony’s Body Shop. While visiting out of town, a neighbor there backed into my parked car damaging the drivers side door. So once home, I got several estimates and Tony’s easily rose to the top. His office is so clean, his appearance professional, I liked that. He explained how long it would take and provided me with an itemized estimate of work & costs. Told me how the door would be replaced, and when finished, the color would match the rest of my car. His staff was amazing, professional, personable, knowledgeable and answered my questions easily. I felt confident that my car was in good hands. I was not disappointed; he finished within the time frame he set and honestly I think my car looked better than when I dropped it off! Not just the repair, the whole car! Who does that?! If you need work this the place😉

Not really one to leave reviews but needed some repairs after a valet service dented my car. Tony's is fantastic. Nice lobby, multiple coordinators there running the ship, friendly communication, rides back home or to work, great quote and excellent work (oh and the project was finished ahead of time on top of everything else).
Hopefully you never need any body work done on your car. But if you do. Go to Tony's.

What a great experience. Everyone was friendly and always kept me up to date on any changes that came up. Very professional and went over in detail on everything that was going to be done. I will deffintly be referring them to all my friends and family.
